Khadeejah Johnson is a distinguished leader in both the real estate industry and community advocacy. She is the Founder and President of G.O.A.L.S: Girls Owning A Lifestyle Standard, where she directs organizational strategy, programming, and fundraising. Her efforts in this organization reflect her commitment to addressing economic and social disparities in underserved communities.

In the realm of real estate, Khadeejah has over two decades of experience spanning residential real estate, new home development, and brokerage operations and strategy. She has served in various leadership roles within the corporate sector and has been a board member of BrightMLS, one of the nation’s largest multiple listing services. She holds a real estate broker license in ten states and has been recognized with several awards, including the 2012 NAHB Salesperson of the Year and the 2020 EXP Realty Designated Managing Broker of the Year.

Khadeejah’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in communication from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Longwood University. Her extensive experience and accolades in real estate, combined with her dedication to community service, underscore her role as a significant figure in both her professional field and in her philanthropic efforts.

Theresa Kehler, affectionately known as “Mother Theresa” in her community, is a distinguished real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in mortgage, title, and asset management. With a Master’s Degree in Project Management, Theresa expertly guides clients through every step of the real estate process, helping them find and maximize the value of their homes.
An active community member, Theresa serves on the Board of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and contributes to their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee. She is also the Vice-Chair of the DEI Committee for Tri-County Suburban Realtors and President of the Upper Roxborough Civic Association, where she advocates for community development.
Theresa is a dedicated mother involved in her children’s school parent groups and a new Board Member of G.O.A.L.S: Girls Owning A Lifestyle Standard. Her real estate expertise, leadership skills, and passion for community service empower young girls from underserved communities, helping them achieve their dreams. Theresa’s professional excellence and heartfelt dedication make her an invaluable asset to any organization she serves.

Nurit Nisimi is a dynamic leader dedicated to empowering women and fostering community growth. As the owner of a successful medical spa in Philadelphia, she has built a sanctuary for women to achieve their beauty and wellness goals with confidence.

In addition to her business acumen, Nurit brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience. She serves as a Board Member of Mikvah Israel and is President of the Mikvah Israel Women’s Association, demonstrating unwavering commitment to her community.

Nurit’s leadership is defined by love, care, and dedication to uplifting others. As a Board Member of G.O.A.L.S: Girls Owning A Lifestyle Standard, she is eager to support the organization’s mission by helping young girls from underserved communities realize their potential, know their self-worth, and gain confidence.
