She has served in various leadership roles within the corporate sector and has been a board member of BrightMLS, one of the nation’s largest multiple listing services. She holds a real estate broker license in ten states and has been recognized with several awards, including the 2012 NAHB Salesperson of the Year and the 2020 EXP Realty Designated Managing Broker of the Year.
Khadeejah’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in communication from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Longwood University. With a Master’s Degree in Project Management, Theresa expertly guides clients through every step of the real estate process, helping them find and maximize the value of their homes.
An active community member, Theresa serves on the Board of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and contributes to their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee. She is also the Vice-Chair of the DEI Committee for Tri-County Suburban Realtors and President of the Upper Roxborough Civic Association, where she advocates for community development.
Theresa is a dedicated mother involved in her children’s school parent groups and a new Board Member of G.O.A.L.S: Girls Owning A Lifestyle Standard.
