Beyond her professional achievements, Theresa is a dedicated community leader. She serves on the Board of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and is the Vice-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for Tri-County Suburban Realtors. Additionally, she is the President of the Upper Roxborough Civic Association, where she plays a pivotal role in community development and advocacy.
